Dr. Chavez leads our clinical team and oversees client care from evaluation through treatment. With over 15 years of experience as a psychologist, he specializes in helping people understand what's really going on and building a plan that actually works. He got into this field because he saw too many people fall through the cracks of traditional mental health care. Outside the clinic he's a father of two and an avid gamer.

Dr. Passaro is the architect behind our technology and treatment protocols. With 22 years in neurotherapy and brain mapping, he developed AURA and our adaptive neurofeedback system from the ground up. He still gets excited every time a client's brain map shows improvement. When he's not analyzing EEGs he's spending time outdoors with his family.

Dr. Shapiro brings 15 years of psychiatric expertise and a calm, thoughtful approach to every client. He's board-certified and has seen it all, but what sets him apart is how he listens. Clients say he makes them feel heard, not rushed. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family.
