Do you accept health insurance?

Yes! We accept Aetna, United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and Curative. We are currently out of network for Tricare and VA while we complete paneling, but we can provide documentation for reimbursement in the meantime.

Pricing depends on your treatment plan and we'll give you a clear estimate upfront so there are no surprises. Some services like psychotherapy and psychological evaluations are covered by insurance. For other services like neurofeedback and TMS most clients pay out of pocket, though HSA and FSA accounts typically apply. We also accept CareCredit.

What is neurofeedback, and how does it work?

Neurofeedback trains your brain to work better by giving it real-time feedback on its own activity. You watch a video or play a game while sensors on your head track your brainwaves. Over time your brain learns to stay in healthier patterns on its own. It's painless, drug-free, and most clients find it relaxing.

What is TMS, and how does it help?

TMS stands for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation. It uses gentle magnetic pulses to stimulate or calm specific areas of the brain. Sessions are short, painless, and require no downtime. TMS is commonly used for depression, anxiety, OCD, and many other disorders and cognitive challenges.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on what you're working on. For neurofeedback we typically recommend around 40 sessions for lasting results. TMS protocols usually range from 20 to 40 sessions. We track your progress throughout so we know when you're ready to finish.

Yes. Everything we offer is non-invasive, drug-free, and backed by research. Neurofeedback and TMS have been used safely for decades with both children and adults. There's no radiation, no anesthesia, and no downtime.

Your first appointment is a free consultation. We'll talk about what's going on, your history, and your goals. If we think we can help we'll recommend a plan. If we're not the right fit we'll tell you that too.

It varies. Some clients notice changes within the first few sessions. Others take a few weeks. We track your progress with regular check-ins, questionnaires, and in some cases brain mappings.
